IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND INNITY SDN BHD (“PROMOTER”) ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- ELIGIBILITY
- This redemption is open to all individuals aged 21 & above, residents, work permit holders, travellers and currently located in Malaysia only, with at least 1 kid aged between 1-12 years old.
- Persons ineligible and excluded from this redemption are (a) Employees of Promoter and their advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies; (b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a).
- REDEMPTION PERIOD
- The redemption starts at 00:00 on 1 June 2024 and ends at 23:59 hours on 31 December 2024, while stock lasts(“Promotion Period”).
- Any entry not received during the Redemption Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation. The Promoter is not liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected Entries.
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Make a purchase of any amount at participating Watsons’ outlets during the redemption period.
- Scan the QR Code available at participating Watsons' outlets during the redemption period.
- Participants need to fill up their basic information (full name, no. of kids below 12 years old, contact number, e-mail address, country of residence, state, and redemption branch location) before proceeding to the next page.
- Participants may show the congratulation page to redeem the respective free sample on the spot at the participating Watsons’ outlets only unless mentioned separately.
- Participants are to click on the “Redeemed” button upon receiving the samples from the outlet staff.
- Personal information (including images) collected or received from the Participants may be used by the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their respective agents and agencies to administer the Promotion, including conducting background checks on the Participant’s identity and verifying their eligibility to participate and receive a sample. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant explicitly allows the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their respective agents and agencies to contact the Participant via the Participant’s particulars provided for such purpose. The Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and their respective agencies value all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish the Participant’s personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of this Promotion or where required by law). The Promoter shall manage all personal information collected, which contains personal data, according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- All Entries (including the contact details) submitted become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

- FREE SAMPLE

- Each Participant is limited to only one (1) Free sample throughout the Redemption Period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change the mechanics and free samples at any time without any prior notification.
- The free sample is accepted entirely at the risk of the participants and the Promoter excludes itself from any express or implied warranties in connection with the Free Samples to the extent permitted by law.
- The Free Samples are available on an as-is basis and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other item and cannot be resold or offered for resale. Unless otherwise approved by the Promoter in writing, the Free Sample is not transferable. If the Participant chooses not to accept the Free Sample for any reason, there will be no compensation offered.
- However, the Promoter may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion substitute the Free Sample with other items of an equal or similar value with or without conditions.
- The Promoter shall manage all personal information collected, which contains personal data, according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- Free Samples are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective sponsors and third-party vendors, if any. The Promoter is not liable for these conditions and the use of Free Samples.
- OTHER CONDITIONS
- All promotional materials, including details on How to Participate and Redemption form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Redemption, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, are not and shall not be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of the Redemption caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer or on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the internet and/or at any website or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Redemption.
- In no event will the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, respective and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any the Participant’s acceptance of the Free Samples, or their entry into the Redemption. By entering into the Redemption, participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, cause of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
- The Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the redemption. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their Affiliates are not liable for any defect Sample received. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of Malaysia.
- Personal information (including images) collected or received from the Participants may be used by the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the Promotion and related advertising activities. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant explicitly allows the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, and/or their respective agents and agencies to contact the Participant via the particulars provided for such purpose. The Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, values all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish the Participant’s personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of the Promotion or where required by law).
- In participating in this redemption, the participant grants the irrevocable right and permission for the disclosure of their name and contact details to be utilized in marketing and advertising materials for all future related marketing and promotional activities conducted by the Promoter, Innity Sdn Bhd, without any further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice. Entry into this Promotion confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
- This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts in Malaysia.
